Why GEN-Y exists

My life changed when I started my own family and my perspective shifted. The little things suddenly meant the world. I realised I was surrounded by incredible small businesses that supported me through that change. These businesses were built from passion. They worked hard. Often, a sixty-hour working week is required to keep the doors open. Yet they were expected to also be marketing experts in a digital world that never slows down.

That hit me. They deserved support that made life easier not harder.
